All that glitters is certainly not gold. When I used to walk into Claire's and Icings I was always overwhelmed with their collection of bag and jewelry: now I am disgusted. I hate Claire's and Icing is O.K. First off all, they are both super pricey and their cosmetics are worse then E.L.F!(Although, E.L.F is great ;) ) Let's get into the details! :)
This is my Claire's top coat with what seems to be a green undertone, pumped with glitter. I like the color, really, its pretty! The problem is that it RUIN'S the color I am trying to enhance, even after I have waited for it to dry.
This was one of my first nail polishes before my parents started to let me wear makeup. It is a clear top coat from Claire's and just like the sparkly top coat, it destroys the color I am trying to paint it over. :( Which leads to me not using this nor the other Claire's product.
When I finally hit my teenage years I strolled into Icing. This color is a deep purple that is not my favorite... I personally don't lean toward dark colors because it reminds me of winter: and the depressing single Christmas's I spend alone. :p (True story though.) This product changes color and creates a unique X design when a magnet hovers the paint. It is a cool idea, but not worth it.
If you take anything away from this post, then please realize that Claire's and Icing products suck! They are extremely expensive and shouldn't be sold. Hopefully you take my advice and won't have to suffer!!
